How do I choose the right tray size for my vehicle?
Tray sizing depends on your vehicle configuration and intended use. As a general guide, dual cab vehicles are commonly paired with 1600mm or 1800mm deck lengths, extra cab vehicles with 2100mm decks, and single cab vehicles with 2400mm decks. Actual tray dimensions may vary depending on headboard design, vehicle fitment requirements and accessory configurations. Can I install a canopy on these trays?
Yes. CDI trays are designed to accommodate the universal canopy sizes commonly used across most mid-size ute platforms. However, canopy compatibility should always be confirmed based on tray dimensions, canopy width, canopy length and available mounting space. If you already have a canopy in mind, contact our team and we'll help verify compatibility.
What is included in a CDI tray kit?
CDI tray kits include the tray assembly, mounting brackets and the hardware required for standard installation or flat-pack assembly. Additional relocation components for sensors, cameras or other vehicle-specific systems are not included as standard and may be required depending on your vehicle specification.
What materials are CDI trays made from?
Different tray models may use different material configurations. CDI trays are manufactured using marine-grade aluminium panels and structural reinforcement components, combined with steel mounting brackets and hardware. Refer to individual product pages for detailed material specifications.
Do CDI trays come with a warranty?
Yes. CDI trays are backed by a 2-year structural warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full terms, exclusions and conditions.
